This guide takes you from a fresh account to your first synced reviews and a shareable collection link. It usually takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Create a product
Products are how Revly organizes everything - each review channel and collection link belongs to a product. Even if you only have one app, create a product for it first.
Go to Products in the sidebar and click Add Product.
Enter a Product Name (the description is optional) and click Create Product.
Step 2: Connect your review channels
A channel is one listing on one platform - for example, your app on the Shopify App Store or your product on G2.
Go to Channels and click Add Channel.
Start typing your app's name to search the catalog, pick one of the listings under Suggested for you, or paste your review page URL directly.
Assign the channel to your product and click Add Channel.
Syncing starts right away. New reviews appear within a few minutes; for listings with a long review history, the full backfill completes over the next few sync cycles. Full details in Connecting a review channel and Supported review platforms and URL formats.
Step 3: Create a collection link
Now set up the link you will share with customers to gather new reviews.
Go to Collect and create a new link: pick the product, name the link, and choose which platforms to send reviewers to.
Copy your link (it looks like
go.revly.io/abc123) and share it - in follow-up emails, your email signature, or right after a great support interaction.

Step 4: Watch the dashboard
The Dashboard pulls it all together: Total Reviews, Average Rating, Last 30 Days, and Connected Channels tiles, charts for Reviews Over Time and Reviews by Platform, plus your most recent reviews.

Add your website in Settings early - Revly fetches your logo and brand colors automatically and uses them on your collection pages.
