Plans, limits, and billing

What each plan includes, plus how to upgrade, add extra channels, and manage billing.

Revly has four plans: Free, Core, Team, and Agency. Everything billing-related lives in Settings under Plan & Billing, where you will also find usage meters for Channels, Collection Links, Reviews This Month, and Team Members.

The plans

  • Free - $0. 2 channels, 1 collection link, 10 reviews synced per month, 1 team member, and daily review checks. Everything you need to prove the value.

  • Core - $49/month ($41/month billed annually). 5 channels, 3 collection links, 200 reviews per month, 3 team members, 3 embeds, 3 competitors, and review checks every 6 hours. Core unlocks the AI features (response suggestions, review drafting, sentiment, dashboard insights), collection analytics, competitor tracking, branding customization including custom CSS and removing "Powered by Revly", incentives, embeds, Slack notifications, and CSV export.

  • Team - $99/month ($84/month billed annually). 15 channels, 10 collection links, 1,000 reviews per month, unlimited team members, 15 embeds, 10 competitors, and review checks every 2 hours. Team adds URL parameter rules and custom domains for your collection links.

  • Agency - Contact Us. Purpose-built for agencies managing multiple clients, with per-client allowances (5 channels, 5 collection links, 500 reviews per month per client) and consolidated billing. Reach us at [email protected].

Need more channels?

If you need a few more channels without jumping plans, extra channels can be added to any paid plan: $5/month each on Core, $3/month each on Team and Agency.

Upgrading, downgrading, and invoices

  • Upgrade - pick a plan under Available Plans and click Upgrade. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle to choose your billing interval before checking out. Payment is handled securely by Stripe and the new plan applies immediately.

  • Manage Billing - opens your billing portal to update your payment method, download invoices, switch plans, or cancel. Cancelling returns you to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.

What happens at a limit?

Limits are enforced when you add things: at 2 channels on Free, the add-channel flow prompts you to upgrade rather than cutting anything off. Your existing data is never deleted when you hit a limit or move between plans.
