A channel is one review listing on one platform - your app on the Shopify App Store, your product on G2, your plugin on WordPress.org. Connect a channel once and Revly keeps its reviews in sync automatically.
Adding a channel
Go to Channels in the sidebar and click Add Channel. There are three ways to point Revly at your listing:
Search by name. Start typing your app's name - Revly searches a catalog of Shopify App Store, Xero App Store, and WordPress.org listings and fills in the Review Page URL (auto-filled) for you.
Suggested for you. Revly suggests listings that match your company's email domain - one click to accept.
Paste a URL. Under Or paste your review page URL, paste the address of your public review page on any supported platform. Revly detects the platform automatically. Exact formats per platform are in Supported review platforms and URL formats.
Before saving you can add a Nickname (optional) - useful when you monitor several listings of the same app - and assign the channel to a Product. Click Add Channel to finish, and the first sync starts automatically.
Managing a channel
Each connected channel on the Channels page shows its platform, review count, rating, and last sync time, along with:
Sync Now - trigger a sync on demand instead of waiting for the next scheduled check (see How review syncing works).
Edit - change the nickname or move the channel to a different product.
View Source - open the live review page on the platform.
Delete - disconnect the channel.
The status badge tells you where things stand: active (healthy), syncing (a sync is running), pending (waiting for its first sync), error (the last sync failed), or paused (syncing is stopped after repeated failures).
How many channels can I connect?
Channel limits depend on your plan: Free includes 2 channels, Core includes 5, Team includes 15, and Agency includes 5 per client. On Core you can add extra channels for $5/month each; on Team and Agency extras are $3/month each. Details in Plans, limits, and billing.
Good to know
Channels are read-only. Revly collects your reviews but never posts, edits, or replies on the platform itself.
If a channel shows error or paused, check that the review page URL still works on the platform, then hit Sync Now.
The same listing can only be connected once per company.
