Supported review platforms and URL formats

Exact URL formats for all eight platforms Revly can monitor, with tips for the tricky ones.

Revly monitors reviews on eight platforms. For Shopify, Xero, and WordPress you can usually just search your app by name when adding a channel; for the rest, paste your public review page URL and Revly detects the platform automatically. This page lists the exact URL format each platform expects.

App marketplaces

  • Shopify App Store - https://apps.shopify.com/your-app/reviews. Use your app's listing URL; the slug after apps.shopify.com/ identifies it.

  • WordPress.org - https://wordpress.org/plugins/your-plugin/. Paste your plugin page; Revly reads the reviews from the plugin's support forum automatically.

  • QuickBooks App Store - https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/your-app/en-us/. Use your app details page URL.

  • WooCommerce - https://woocommerce.com/products/your-extension/. Use your extension's product page.

  • Xero App Store - https://apps.xero.com/us/app/your-app/reviews. The URL must include a region segment (like /us/ or /au/); if you are not sure, us works for most listings.

Review sites

  • G2 - https://www.g2.com/products/your-product/reviews. Use your product's reviews page.

  • Capterra - https://www.capterra.com/p/123456/YourProduct/reviews/. Capterra URLs need both the numeric product ID and the product name - copy the address straight from your reviews page rather than typing it.

  • Trustpilot - https://www.trustpilot.com/review/yourdomain.com. Trustpilot identifies your business by your website domain.

Finding your review page

The fastest way to get the right URL: open your listing on the platform as a customer would, click through to the reviews section, and copy the address bar. If Revly does not recognize a URL you paste, compare it against the formats above - extra path segments or tracking parameters are the usual culprits.

Good to know

  • Capterra is currently monitoring-only: you can track your Capterra reviews, but collection links cannot send reviewers there yet.

  • One channel = one listing. If your app is listed in multiple marketplaces, connect each listing as its own channel.
