Managing your reviews

Filter, search, and act on every review across all your platforms from one inbox.

The Reviews page is your inbox for every review across every connected channel. The header shows your combined average rating and which platforms are feeding it; below that, filters help you find exactly the reviews you need to act on.

Filtering and searching

  • Search - free-text search across review content.

  • Date - All time, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, This year, Last year, or a custom range.

  • Product - scope the whole page to one of your products.

  • Response status - All, Needs Response, or Responded. Needs Response is the fastest way to find reviews you have not replied to yet.

  • Sentiment - positive, neutral, or negative, as classified by Revly's AI.

  • Status - Live (the default), Removed, or All. Removed reviews are ones a platform has taken down - see Removed reviews and edit history.

  • Rating and platform - narrow to specific star ratings or a single review source.

Working with a review

Click a review to expand it. Depending on the review you will see:

  • A Verified badge when the platform marks the reviewer as verified.

  • Any existing Developer Response already posted on the platform.

  • Edit History - a timeline of changes Revly has detected, like Review text updated or a rating change.

  • AI Suggest Response - drafts a reply for you (Core and above); see AI response suggestions.

  • View on platform - jump to the review on the source site.

Exporting

On Core and above, the Export CSV button in the top corner downloads the current view - it respects whatever filters you have applied, so you can export just last quarter's negative G2 reviews if that is what you have on screen.

Good to know

  • The default view shows Live reviews only; switch the status filter to see removed ones.

  • Slack notifications link straight to the review in this inbox, with the AI response ready to generate.

  • Reviews are collected as-is from each platform - if something looks off, check the review on the platform via View on platform first.
